When we developed our front bumper light bar mounts, we wanted something super secure for off-road use and streamlined with the stock bumper so it didn't look like an after thought.
Our mounting brackets bolt onto the top of the stock bumper with some minor drilling and allow you to run Rigid's 40" RDS-Series Pro LED light bar. The mounts are laser cut, CNC formed, MIG welded and then powdercoated matte black, all in the USA. We also supply you the necessary grade 8 mounting hardware.
These were designed specific for the Rigid 40" RDS light bar which uses two mounting bolts on the side, but it can work with other lights out on the market with some minor modifications/drilling. You could also run a slightly narrower light bar as well.
