Product Information The Cusco Zero-1 coilover system features a full-length ride height adjustment system, allowing shock stroke length to adjust with ride height and coilspring preload to adjust initial spring rate separately. Ride height can be changed by twisting the threaded shock absorber case while maintaining optimal suspension stroke. Preload can be adjusted by lowering the spring seat. The "Best Pre-set Damping Force" is determined by measuring and road testing many factors such as corner weight and vehicle weight transfer rate to find the best setting for each vehicles specification and characteristics. Cuscos best Pre-set Damping Force absorber offers you "Fun to Drive" at affordable price range. Twin-tube shock absorbers have two separated fluid areas; inner cylinder controls piston and shaft moving up and down. Outer cylinder works as hydraulic fluid reservoir only. Combination of Low pressure Nitrogen gas and base valves provide fluid flow control between both cylinders while main piston valve control most of damping.
