All Heretic Studio products include a lifetime manufacturer warranty. Warranty is limited to product failure under normal operating conditions. Warranty does not cover improper installation or damage caused by improper usage. If product failure occurs within 30 days under normal operating conditions, the product can be sent in to be repaired or replaced. If product is repaired or replaced, return shipping charges will be covered by Heretic Studio. If product is returned after 30 days the customer can send in product for replacement or repair, but customer will incur shipping charges.
