Upgrading your vehicle to go off-road is not only fun but can cause some conflict with some of the factory parts that don’t accommodate some of these modifications. When installing aftermarket coil spring lift or any type of lift kit, some trimming is necessary for the inner fender liners to allow these components to fit. The same can be said when running a larger wheel and tire setup as the tire can start rubbing into the fender liner causing a horrible sound and damages the factory liner. These new fender liners from EVO MFG are derived from USA sourced 16 gauge raw aluminum alloy. Using the aluminum alloy material allows the liners to be lightweight yet durable enough to handle the abuse of offroading. With the incorporation of vented backing plates, this helps all the built-up heat to escape the engine bay. Being that these vents are in place, it significantly reduces engine bay temps meaning intake air temperatures will drop as well, allowing your engine to be slightly more efficient.
Not only do the vents add functionality, but they also give you the option to add accent coloring when coating the panels. Featuring brake-formed and precision-cut construction there will be no modification necessary to fit standard coil spring lift kits with a set of big wheels and tires.
