With aFe’s new Twisted Steel Y-Pipe, your Ford F-150 EcoBoost will experience optimum flow, with added performance and an aggressive sound to boot. aFe just announced that it is offering a Street Series Y-Pipe with a catalytic converter and a Race Series Y-Pipe without a catalytic converter. Both versions will fit the 2015-2020 Ford F-150 EcoBoost equipped with the V6 3.5L engine.

The new performance Y-Pipe is constructed from 3” to 3-1/2” stainless steel tubing and, in testing, produced a max gain of +8 horsepower and +15 pound-feet of torque (as verified by aFe’s in-house dyno). The catted Y-Pipe includes dual 400 CPSI catalytic converters for improved flow to provide you with the added performance you crave.
The optional Race-Only Y-Pipe is non-catted for optimum flow to delivered heightened performance along with a highly aggressive sound. In addition, the mitered merge on the aFe Power Y-Pipe gets rid of dead space that formed collectors are prone to produce. This eliminates turbulence and promotes a smoother overall flow for increased power.
This is a direct bolt-on product for your F-150 EcoBoost truck and includes all the necessary hardware for a seamless installation. There is no cutting or drilling required. The performance Y-Pipe from aFe Power is designed to fit in the Ford F-150’s stock location, incorporating the OE hangers, flanges, and O2 sensor locations. What’s more, high-quality, OE-style flanges and band clamps are used for a complete 360-degree sealing surface.
