New Release: RZR Turbo Turbo Inlet and Charge Pipes from Agency Power

Ten years ago the idea of a turbocharged UTV sounded insane, but the market was different back then. UTVs were once glorified golf carts, but are now powerful machines with tons of suspension travel, and many of them now use turbocharged engines. The big benefit to those turbocharged engines is how well they respond to simple modifications. Agency Power has been working hard on bringing lots of new UTV parts to market, and their latest parts are focused on the RZR Turbo’s piping.

With an aftermarket intake, you can easily improve the amount of air that is fed to the turbocharger, but if you opt to use the factory intake pipe, you will be leaving performance on the table. Agency Power aimed to fix this issue with their new silicon intake tube. This tube is a direct replacement for the OEM plastic tube which is not only weak and prone to cracking over time, but also uses an inefficient design and causes a lot of turbulence, and turbulence kills power. Unlike some other silicon tube on the market, this tube is constructed with a 3-ply design, making it very strong and resistant to collapse. It includes a MAP sensor port, crankcase breather port, and blow off valve port to work with factory components.

The next product Agency Power has just released is their new charge pipe for RZR Turbo. This shares the same silicon 3-ply construction of the inlet tube mentioned above but connects the turbocharger to the throttle body. Strength is very important for this tube, as it can see over 20psi of boost pressure. It uses a much smoother and straightened out design compared to the OEM tube which reduces turbulence and ultimately improves flow which results in a bit more power. Like the intake tube, the charge pipe is designed as a direct OEM replacement and includes everything needed for a smooth install.

  • Stronger than OEM piping
  • Reduced turbulence = more power
  • Direct OEM replamcent
  • Charge pipe includes additional vacuum port with a block off plate
  • Fits 2016 – 2018 RXR XP Turbo and XP4 Turbo, and 2018 RZR Turbo S
