It seems like both a long time and a short time. Barely coming up on 1 year. The Vivid Racing Project WRX II did what it was suppose to do, be better then the original Vivid WRX I, get magazine coverage, and set a standard for others to copy. Project WRX II was both a car to watch, and the bastard child of Vivid Racing. With so many new companies, magazines, shows, Project WRX II held its own and now we must say goodbye.
Not that we want to get rid of this car. If it were up to me, I would keep it. The bright red with carbon accessories, the large 19×8 wheels, and the wide Chargespeed fenders make the car one of the sickest on the blocks! Being the follower to the WRX I definitely proved its ground. Complete Bride Interior, huge HKS GT2540R turbo kit, and a large front mount from Perrin Performance, the WRX II was filled with some of the best high performance products.
This car has made its rounds in the tough what’s hot import industry. With our Import Racer feature and Modified Magazine cover, we have definitely laid our ground for others to attempt to follow. Since our industry is moving fast, the 2004 WRX has not been a favorite and we are pleased to have the coverage we have received. This car is not going away as it will be on our website and ads continually. We still have a WRX in the family to go with our EVO and RX8. Who knows what is next for Vivid Racing, but when we do it, watch out cause it will be off the chain!
