The new Porsche PDK transmission found in the 16-19 Porsche vehicles is one of the smoothest and fastest shifting transmissions in the performance car world. For cars that have factory paddle shifters such as the Turbo, GT3, Boxster, Cayman, Macan, Panamera, and Cayenne, these new carbon fiber paddle shifters are the perfect upgrade to enhance your driving experience. Having the ability to blast through the gears on the flappy paddle gearbox connects you to the pavement with split second shifts. These particular paddle shifter extensions give you and your Porsche the ultimate in connection.
The carbon fiber add-on shifters are designed to simply attach to the factory aluminum ones in seconds. They extend the top and bottom of the paddle shifter about 2 inches on either side. This allows for an improved ability to grab gears no matter where your hands are on the steering wheel. The shifters are designed to follow the curve of the steering wheel giving a seamless look as if they came from the factory. The carbon fiber weave with glossy clear coat finish is a perfect look for any interior. The paddle shifters are sold as a pair and attach with the supplied double sided tape. VR Steering Wheels are fully customizable. When you configure the options for your steering wheel, you will notice there is a core charge. Once we receive your original steering wheel back here at the Vivid Racing headquarters, we will refund you this core amount. If you choose to keep your stock steering wheel, you just forfeit the core charge. Some steering wheels are available in stock, while others are made to order and can take anywhere between six to eight weeks.
Before we process your order, we request a photo of your stock steering wheel in your vehicle to make sure there are no differences or issues in the steering wheel build. All of your factory trim, buttons, paddles, and airbag must be moved from your stock steering wheel to the new one. If approved, an RMA number will be provided which MUST be included in the packaging. If not included your returned product will be refused. All return shipping costs to and from Vivid Racing are the responsibility of the customer or distributor initiating the warranty claim. If the product is determined to be covered under warranty Vivid Racing will repair the product within original spec, offer a replacement, or refund if needed to the original purchaser.
