StopTech Drilled & Slotted Rotors

StopTech Drilled & Slotted Rotors are a great OEM replacement for your worn out factory brake rotors.  StopTech has available slotted and drilled rotor designs to give you better braking over stock.  With their racing heritage proving their products on such cars as BMW and Porsche in professional racing series, what they learn on Sunday is applied to your street car product on Monday.  Typically when a brake rotor goes bad you can feel a lip start to form at the edge of the rotor which you can grab with your finger nail.  Most rotors should not be resurfaced on performance cars and should always be replaced with a fresh set of brake pads.  When you get a new set of StopTech brake rotors, you will want to do the process of "bedding" them in to seat the pad material to the fresh rotor surface.  If you are looking to upgrade your stock brakes without going to a full StopTech Big Brake Kit, then their Drilled & Slotted 1 piece rotor enhancement is a great addition to any performance vehicle.  Vivid Racing carries all of the StopTech Sport Rotors available.
