Power Tank is the perfect size for trail rigs with up to 35 in. tires with plenty of power to run air tools. The BTS Edition starts with our best selling Power Tank Package B and adds a BTS Bracket, the most versatile bracket for mounting your Power Tank. BTS stands for Behind-the-Seat which refers to where your Power Tank sits in the mount (see images). This package also comes with a Super Coupler and HD Tire Inflator with Gauge which make using air tools and airing up tires a breeze.
A Power Tank is the fastest and most powerful portable air solution. With the power of CO2 you can air up faster, reseat bigger tires (tested up to 46 in.) safely, and run air tools at full power. Based on tire size and amount of air you are adding, it will tell you how many tires you can fill on one tank and how quickly you can do it. As an example, you can air up from 15 psi to 25 psi on a 35 in. tire in 19 sec. and you can air up 30 tires before needing to refill your 10 lb. Power Tank! The same size tank can also remove 360 lug nuts using a 1/2 in. impact wrench before empty. When it's empty, take your tank to a local fire extinguisher service shop, welding supply store, or beverage carbonic shops, and have it refilled for about $15-$25.

This BTS Edition Power Tank includes everything you need to run air tools with our advanced universal safety Super Coupler and air up tires through a dedicated HD Tire Inflator with Gauge. It also includes a BTS Bracket mated to a Super Bracket for an easy mounting solution behind the seats providing easy access to the regulator.
Compatibility: The BTS Bracket is reversible and can be mounted in both the Wrangler JKU (2007-2018) and JLU (2018-2023) on either the driver or passenger side unless you have a factory subwoofer. We have heard that this bracket will work with the 2024 Wrangler JLU but have not verified for ourselves. The BTS Bracket will not fit over the factory subwoofer and must be installed on the Driver side. The BTS Bracket is designed to work with the OEM Hard Top, OEM Soft Top, and topless Jeeps. This will not work with the Sky One Touch Power Top. We have not tested the BTS Bracket with aftermarket top options. Mounting this bracket does require drilling two small holes through the fender well.

Using CO2 or nitrogen, Power Tank offers a wide range of air products to inflate tires and shocks, run air tools, and operate pneumatic devices like air lockers and shifters. We also offer a whole line of tire inflators, mounting brackets, hoses, and tire plug kits.
Power Tank Regulators are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. For the first year (12 months) from the original date of purchase, Power Tank will repair or replace (at the election and expense of Power Tank) a SuperFlow regulator for free so long as a dated copy of the original sale invoice is provided along with the defective regulator. After the first year we will repair a SuperFlow regulator for a nominal $30 fee to cover all parts (not including gauges), labor, and return shipping. If a regulator is returned for repair without a copy of a receipt it will be assumed to be past the one year period and will be charged fees accordingly. The regulator must be returned to Power Tank for warranty service.
Only original, unaltered, and unmodified regulators are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, or negligence. This warranty does not cover consequential damages or any other losses arising from any defect of the product. Power Tank warranty will not cover abnormal use or regulators that have been tampered with. Abnormal use or tampering includes but is not limited to modification or disassembly of any part of the regulator, unreasonable use, use with a gas other than CO2 or N2, use on a non-certified CO2 tank (past due hydro date or failed hydro test), use on a non-CO2 or N2 tank, neglect, lack of maintenance or care, use in a production related service, improper lubrication, or use after malfunction or damage has occurred.
Use of a Power Tank regulator without a Power Tank Power Grip Guard (handle) will void your warranty. Customer is responsible for sending the unit to our facility. Power Tank Cylinders and Regulator Guards have a limited lifetime warranty. Each tank requires a recertification test every five years from the tank's manufacture date. If a tank should fail the recertification, the customer may return the decommissioned tank to Power Tank at the customer's cost in exchange for a brand new replacement cylinder. Power Tank covers shipping the new bottle to the customer. To help protect the valve and regulator we require that our Power Grip guard be mounted around them at all times. We offer a lifetime warranty on this guard against material and manufacturing defects. Customer is responsible for sending the unit to our facility. Power Tank provides standard return shipping. Power Tank Tire Inflators with Gauges are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for five years from the date of purchase. If a Power Tank Tire Inflator fails due to a manufacturing defect within five years from date of purchase, we will repair the unit or replace it, at our discretion. Customer may be responsible for cost of replacement parts to be no more than 50% retail cost of the part in question. Only original, unaltered, and unmodified units are covered by this policy. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, or negligence. This warranty does not cover consequential damages or any other losses arising from any defect of the product.
Without a proof of purchase, it will be assumed that your Tire Inflator is over five years old and does not fall within the scope of this warranty.
