The Ford Bronco is back, and with Belltech's new, brilliantly engineered, 4" to 7.5" complete lift kit, it is better than ever! Our kit enhances your Bronco's ride quality and outperforms and out lifts other lift kits on the market. At SEMA 2021, vehicle enthusiasts raved about their striking appearance. Belltech engineers have designed the 2021+ 4WD Ford Bronco lift kits to a T, improving ride quality and making advanced safety their number one priority.
The front end of our kit includes 2.4" (60mm) large-bodied, finely tuned, height-adjustable Trail Performance coilovers, which house increased amounts of oil and employ a low-friction design to give you perfect damping throughout your journey. The Ford Bronco lift kit's unique design uses two 1/4" inch thick skid plates. One plate protects the oil cooler, and the other is built along with the Belltech crossmember to increase rigidity and shield the front differential without interfering with articulation. Belltech lift spindles and a differential drop are included to retain factory suspension geometry. To reduce body-roll, a cold-formed, solid steel 1 3/8" sway bar is included. The sway bar possesses 3-hole adjustability so you can add or reduce the amount of tension depending on the type of ride you intend to achieve.
The rear end of our Bronco lift kit includes two vehicle-specific, precisely tuned height adjustable Trail Performance lift coilovers with large, 2.4" (60mm) damper bodies that hold an increased volume of oil to keep it cool and produce ideal damping and consistent results. We use a robust, yet lightweight, roll center correction bracket that increases roll resistance and adds rigidity at the frame-side mounting point, which can be prone to flexing, preventing delay and discomfort. Our track bar is made to be exceptionally sturdy without adding too much weight with a measurement of 2" by ?" wall. The Belltech Ford Bronco kit also includes 2" by 1/4" wall upper and lower control arms in the rear, with fully serviceable and rebuildable 1 1/4" rod ends. In the rear, we also include a 3-hole adjustable, 7/8" cold-formed solid steel anti-sway bar, offering increased stability and a sport-like ride quality.
The Belltech coilovers included in this kit feature our double-wall high durometer vulcanized rubber bushings, which reduce noise, vibrations, and wear. Both the front and rear hardware kits contain high-grade hardware and brake-line relocation brackets that keep your brake lines safely out of the way of parts or components. Our kit retains factory track width and does not change your vehicle's original turning radius. Our kit features easy installation that requires minimal cutting and no welding, so you are promptly back behind the wheel. Belltech’s story is the perfect definition of the American dream. Over 35 years ago, a small company in Fresno, California, had an idea to build the “best performing” lowering suspensions for the Chevrolet pickup. Fresno had been a haven for lowered vehicles, and trucks were abundant there. Trucks of all kinds were being lowered; however, their suspensions were quite terrible and not roadworthy.
Springs were being replaced with new ones not meant for the application. At times, they were even cut and heated with torches at local muffler shops to achieve the lowered stance that was considered to be cool. While the result was an attractive stance, the ride quality was terrible, and comfort levels dropped dramatically.
Belltech had a better idea: build a spindle where the wheels are higher, but the rest of the front end geometrically remains the same. And that’s precisely what they did. Belltech came up with a spindle that launched the Sport truck craze in America.
Belltech’s success in the late 80s and 90s made it possible for the company to grow from a modest beginning to a larger manufacturing facility with a satellite warehouse. In 2015, the company expanded to its current 75,000-plus square-foot operation in Clovis, California. It allows them to cater to the increasing demands of the market.
