The mirrors are vacuum-bagged and cured in the autoclave at high temperatures, ensuring quality, durability, and extremely high strength-to-weight ratios. Proprietary manufacturing methods that use pre-preg carbon fiber composites help to produce parts that are both lightweight and highly durable so you never have to compromise on the most important traits. They are then finished with a UV-stable, fade-resistant, production clear coat paint and then individually hand-polished to a brilliant shine.
