Many later model Jeeps and other vehicles use the Saginaw TC pump also know as the Series-II pump. This is a smaller pump that the P-series pump and features a plastic or remote reservoir. AGR has developed a modified version of this pump to provide the necessary increase in pressure and flow for the SB1 and SB2 Super Steering Boxes. All Super Pumps have matched displacement ring and rotor to flow orifice to pressure settings. The thrust and pressure plates are lapped in for peak efficiency and oiling channels are improved. The bores are roller burnished for smooth valve operation. Our Super TC pumps also have matched heavy porting and a high speed bearing.
