Exclusive high temperature metal alloy resists hot spots and shrugs off the highest heat loading. Rotor vanes turned OD and ID for balance to reduce thermal warping and vibration.Two-piece, full floating, V2 Direct Drive attachment between rotor and hatRotors are precision machined from high carbon alloy rotor material, with molybdenum included for maximum temperature strength.Aircraft quality heat treatment for micro structure alignment and durability.Rotor run-out held to less than 0.0005-in., and thickness variation less than 0.0002-in.100% measured and inspected to meet and hold tolerance specifications.
