The new Ram HD trucks are more popular than ever and our ReadyLIFT 6" lift kit we introduced two years ago has been an extremely popular lift option.

How can we take an already great 2019-2022 Ram HD 6" lift kit and make it better.

How about adding a new CNC-machined billet Aluminum transfer case clocking ring to reposition the transfer case pinion angle.

Some Ram HD trucks can experience a slight vibration after lifting due to driveline angle sensitivity.

Our new 49-1961 6" lift kit addresses that inherent driveline system issue with the addition of a heavy-duty transfer case clocking indexing ring and new transmission crossmember.

This Driveline Indexing System DIS combination works great with our ReadyLIFT 6" lift kit while re-positioning the transmission and pinion position for a smooth driving experience on or off road.

Kit 49-1961 includes everything in our popular 49-1960 6" lift kit as well as these new DIS re-positioning components.

Heavy duty and great riding 6" lift front springs, 3.5" lift rear coil spring spacers, heavy-duty radius arm drop brackets, heavy-duty fabricated steel front and rear track bar brackets, dropped cast iron pitman arm, front/rear sway bar relocation brackets and bump stop extensions preventing over-compression of the new Bilstein 5100 series front/rear shocks are all included in this premium kit.

Tire Size: ReadyLIFT wheel and tire fitment recommendations are typically based on Wheel Pros wheels and Nitto tires. Due to product differences among tire manufacturers, tire specifications and dimensions including, but limited to, overall diameter, rolling diameter, tread width, aspect ratio, lug pattern, sidewall construction and inflation pressure, will vary meaningfully by tire and wheel manufacturer. Every tire and wheel combination should be test fit prior to installation. Consult your local installer to learn more about the right tire fitment for your application.
Ride Quality: When lifting a vehicle and installing aftermarket wheels and tires, a tire manufacturer's construction and material quality can alter vehicle ride quality. When increasing a vehicle wheel and tire size, most larger aftermarket truck and SUV tires are 10-ply or more E tires compared to typical OEM 6-ply C tires. This more rigid sidewall construction increases the perception of suspension stiffness often described as ride harshness. The ride, handling, traction, noise, fuel economy, and wear differences between All-Season, All-Terrain, Mud-Terrain, or Trail-Terrain type tires can be significant. Please take into account tire and wheel choice will generally have a meaningful impact on the ride and handling experience.

READYLIFT "NO HASSLE" WARRANTY PROCEDURES

Any ReadyLIFT products containing missing or defective components will be covered under warranty by ReadyLIFT. Please call 800-549-4620 to initiate a warranty claim. Rest assured our customer service team will urgently address the matter and expedite the replacement parts. In the event of a defective product, ReadyLIFT may request a return of the defective product (at ReadyLIFT expense) so the quality team can analyze the nature of the defect. Returning defective product will not delay the replacement part delivery.

ReadyLIFT leveling kit, block kits and lift kit products are NOT intended for off-road abuse. Any abuse or damage as a result of off-road use voids the warranty of the ReadyLIFT product. Exception: ReadyLIFT Jeep SST and Terrain Flex Lift Kits are designed for normal off-road use to compliment the Jeep vehicle's off-road capability. All Jeep Lift Kit products are covered under warranty when used in recreational off-road environments.

Warranty does not apply to discontinued, clearance or outlet products. Wearable components including, but not limited to, shocks, ball joints, heim joints, bushings, and steering extensions, are covered for up to 1-year. Labor, installation, surcharges or any other applicable fees from the original purchase are non-refundable. ReadyLIFT is not responsible for any consequential damage to vehicles.
