With its durable 24oz marine grade vinyl covering, the hard panels are neatly protected and engineered to secure all bed cargo from moisture, dirt, and just about any other elements your Gladiator will face during travel. Mounts securely to the truck bed rail using a unique clamping system, theft protection rail and latch design. The cover will lock automatically when the last fold closes and you lock the tailgate. Aircraft-grade aluminum cross bars provide stability and a snug wrinkle-free fitment. Weathertight sealing helps ensure no moisture can enter the bed once tonneau is deployed. The solid core, hard panels are rated up to 500lbs of evenly distributed weight and sit under vinyl material protection. Tonneau does require some assembly before installation, but no drilling or welding required, and can be mounted with simple hand tools. Features five-year warranty.
