The TSW Avalon Rotary Forged wheel is designed to complement the TSW wheels range with a new sport mesh lip frame. The TSW Avalon wheel features a sharper spoke design to accentuate the angular design elements with spoke contours. Lip sizes vary from 1.75 inches to 3.25 inches for an attractive 18 inches, 19-inches, and 20-inch wheel fitting feel. Also, TSW launches the popular Gunmetal with Brushed Gunmetal Face & Machined Lip finish, which is unique for all 5x114.3 applications.
This wheel is manufactured using Rotary Forging, an extremely developed manufacturing technique. At high pressure, the rim of the wheels is forged as the wheel is spinning at high speed. It alters the structure of the molecules and strengthens the alloy. The advantage is a slightly lighter weight than a regular cast wheel. More significantly, weight savings are in the wheel's outer rim which drastically reduces rotational mass and improves vehicle performance.
