SXTH Element 3.3T S-600 Turbocharger Upgrade Genesis | Kia 2018+

We have taken the OEM turbocharger from the Forte GT and 2nd Gen. Veloster Turbo and made the ultimate hybrid turbocharger upgrade!

Our turbocharger upgrade is the only way to get your 1.6T engine to the 300WHP mark consistently and reliably. Massive top-end power potential while also maintaining fast transient response means you won't have to sacrifice when it comes to power or spool time.

Inlet & Outlet

Our hybrid turbocharger starts with an OEM turbocharger core. It is then ported out on both ends and fitted with a significantly larger 6+6 billet compressor wheel that we customized for this application. A larger 9-blade Inconel high-flow turbine wheel is fitted to maintain top-end power potential. The turbocharger is finished off with upgraded bearings to ensure a long life at higher boost levels. This combination of modifications provides an extreme increase in flow allowing the turbocharger to reach consistent boost levels all the way to redline while also decreasing EGTs.

Hybrid Compressor

Our hybrid turbocharger features a massive 51mm billet 6+6 compressor that was specifically designed for this application. To improve response, we use a staggered blade design and drop the tips of the compressor blades to reduce the potential for surge. We take into consideration the size of the compressor housing and our matching turbine to ensure a proper ratio between the two.

Hybrid Turbine Wheel

The OEM turbocharger features a relatively small 11-blade turbine while our hybrid version contains a significantly larger 9-blade turbine that is also extended outward for extreme flow.

Performance Boost

Our hybrid turbocharger can support 300+ WHP with proper fueling on an emissions-compliant vehicle.
