Adaptiv Technologies, LLC warrants to the original purchaser that its products will be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of first consumer purchase except for TPX Pro and TPX Version 2 which has a two year warranty and AdaptivMount which has a lifetime warranty.

• In any area where the use of our product is illegal.
• If the serial number label (if applicable) has been altered, defaced, or removed.
• To installation of the product (if applicable).
• ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN DURANTION TO THE PERIOD OF THIS WARRANTY*.
