Tuning Box Kits are similar to a piggyback ECU that taps into against sensors such as boost and manifold pressure to increase your vehicles horsepower and torque. The Tuning Box kits are plug and play so they can easily be reversed for warranty, competition use, or any other need you may have. Tuning Box kits do not relate to the ECU but change the signal that the ECU is sending to the sensor. With this, most tuning box products cannot control or modify sensors or codes.
