The folks at HRE Wheels decided to show us what a set of HRE wheels would like on the new GT3RS with these renderings. They feature the 1 piece forged wheel design P101 and a multi-piece cup style wheel design that is derived from the C1 Series. Having used HRE on a handful of our own Project Cars including our 997 Turbo, CLS63, and C63, we are very in tune with fitments, styling, and what we think would look best on your ride. HRE Wheels are made in Southern California from start to finish. They handle everything from the CNC machining of the forgings, assembly, powdercoating, and of course, make sure they get on the truck well packed. HRE Wheels are made to order based on your vehicle and/or fitment requests. You can go with plus 1 or plus 2 diameter sizes, as well as have a lower offset to make sure your wheels are flush. A set of wheels usually takes about 4 weeks to make and ship. Average manufacturing time is quoted as 4-6 weeks. HRE Wheels are priced on the upper end compared to the competition. A set of 19" forged wheels might run you around $6000-$7000 where a set of 20" can be $8000+.
