No Compromises: Our Water Charge-Air-Cooler (WCAC) manifold is handcrafted and professionally tig welded in the USA, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship and durability that is unmatched anywhere else in the aftermarket. The high-performance intake manifold is CNC machined in-house using billet aluminum and a durable bar & plate core. The billet manifold replaces the weaker plastic manifold with crimped-on gaskets, allowing for higher boost pressures and increasing the structural rigidity of the unit. Additionally, the bar & plate intercooler core is stronger than the OEM tube & fin core, which is known to fail at higher pressures. The bar & plate core construction creates turbulent air & water flow inside, maximizing heat dissipation. Not only is the WCAC manifold structurally stronger, but also more efficient and less restrictive than the OEM core. This means less back pressure and less stress on the turbocharger system, resulting in a 30 F reduction of IATs compared to the OEM.
Top Feed Injection & Nitrous: The WCAC manifold features top feed port injection including a fuel rail with CNC machined block-off caps for non-use. We also integrated Nitrous/Methanol Injection ports, and integrated a vacuum and parameter pad to measure additional parameters. Also to note, the WCAC manifold provides easy access to the oil filter and has an integrated breather port for easy bleeding of air from the water side of the manifold.
