The new Forgestar F14 Beadlock is a real, everyday drag wheel to run on the street with drag radials. The F14 14-spoke design has not been compromised as the beadlock ring lines complete the spoke pattern in a striking design, unlike the same old 'beadlock look' and boring design. Best of all, Weld Racing's parent company has been producing this technology forever at the top-level drag racing competition in horsepower-driving cars measured in the 1000s, so Forgestar 's R&D insights have resulted in nothing short of perfection in this new wheel mission.

Forgestar’s F14 Beadlock wheels set the standard being the World's first concave monoblock beadlock wheel. Made from 6061 Aluminum Beadlock Ring, the spoke design is integrated into the beadlock ring. Deep concave profile re-engineered for high offset applications with bespoke options available. As in classic Forgestar fashion, the F14 beadlocks are drag strip approved, lightweight, and efficiently clears big brake kits.

Forgestar Rotary Forging Method

Flow Forming is a production procedure that turns the wheel (or rim section) over a special mandrel and three hydraulic rollers using tremendous pressure. The pressure and turning then force the rim area to form against the mandrel, creating the shape and width of the rim. During Flow Forming, the rim "flows" down to create the full rim width. 

During Flow Forming, the pressure applied to the cast rim changes its mechanical properties, so its strength and impact values become similar to those of a forged rim. That translates to up to 15% less weight when compared to a standard cast wheel. 

Forgeline’s technological breakthroughs in heat treating allow them to increase dent resistance without having to make the wheel heavier.
