WedsSport's newest addition to their TC range, the New WedsSport TC-105X Forged, boasts a closed-die forged structure and is the latest product to be released by the company. Air Plus+ Technology, which made its first appearance on the RN-05M, is used to increase the amount of air that can flow through the wheel. The Weds WedsSport TC105X Forged Wheel comes in a 18x9 and 18x9.5 sizes, with a 5x112 and 5x114.3 bold pattern, to ensure proper fitment on every vehicle. The TC-105X Forged utilizes the same 10-spoke design that was initially implemented on the TC-105N and then implemented on the TC-105X AMF
The only discernible difference between the two wheels is an engraving that reads "Forged" in place of the AMF casting that is normally found on the face of the wheel. The flattened spoke surface of the TC-105X Forged, which makes the wheel aesthetically comparable to the TC-105N, is the primary visual difference between the two versions of the wheel. The method of forging with closed dies resulted in the creation of the new spoke shape. The AMF version of the TC-105X Forged has the same set of race-winning features as the TC-105X Forged, including ball-mill cutting, N-Frame II, EJ-TI paint, and other features

Closed-die forging is a process that is utilized by Japanese wheel producers in the production of high-quality forged wheels. Forged wheels, on the other hand, have their spokes CNC-cut from pre-made blanks. Closed-die forging, on the other hand, employs a mold that has a rough shape for the spokes and face of the wheel. This mold is then forced straight into the metal billet with a force of 10,000 tons, which makes a rough imprint of the wheel's face in the initial step of the forging process. This ensures that the grain structure of the metal flows in the same direction as the spokes, which is essential for the strength and rigidity of the wheel. In contrast, cutting the spokes out of a wheel blank with a CNC machine result in a grain structure that is uniform and does not follow the direction of the spokes. The WedsSport TC-105X Forged is entirely crafted in Japan, just like the rest of the WedsSport line of products. The use of a closed-die forging production method makes it possible to increase the diameter of the finished product. Included in the package is a valve stem center cap, which may be removed and is available for purchase separately
