Milled from the highest quality, TUV rated, forged 6061-T6 Aerospace grade aluminum, the Brixton Forged 1-Piece UltraSport+ Series is the definition of lightweight track ready forged wheels. Each wheelset is tailored to be the most optimal combination of lightweight forging profiles and surface milling features. The result is a wheelset designed to increase dynamic cornering response, acceleration, and decreasing overall stopping distances. Each 1-piece UltraSport+ Series model is individually designed and engineered specifically for performance supercars, sedans and SUVs.

Each individual Brixton Forged wheelset is entirely designed and manufactured in their California-based manufacturing facility. Since its inception, Brixton Forged has voluntarily chosen to produce locally. As a result, they make full use of the outstanding talents of our engineers and maintain full control of the quality of their wheels at every stage of the manufacturing process. 

Each wheelset undergoes a rigorous design and engineering process, ensuring a specific final product that encompasses all the dynamic needs of our customer vehicles while at the same time infusing their personal tastes, from fittings and configurations to finishes. At this stage, each set of wheels undergoes a complete Finite Element Analysis (FEA) taking into account brake weight, dynamic cornering fatigue, dynamic radial fatigue and simulated impact tests following SAE, JWL and VIA standards. Once completed and verified by their Engineers, the final model is sent for the programming of lathe profiling and milling operations.
