The VanJen Clamping Device is the newest in Vivid Racing's collections from Vibrant Performance, banded clamping connector solutions. Entirely built from T6061 Aluminum and showcasing a unique Quick Release clamping framework, the Vibrant VanJen Clamp does provide a leak-free, modular interaction ideal for the application of pressurized air and this device could respond to up to 110 psi. Temperatures and operating pressure up to 400 deg. F, the VanJen clamping device is appropriate for plumbing the turbo intake.
The VanJen Clamping System is composed of 2 Weld Fittings (with O-Rings), one Union Sleeve, a safety pin, and a spring-loaded clamp installation specifically designed for automotive use. When the fasteners are fastened to the tubing, the union sleeve houses the fittings, and the clamp assembly holds them in place. The VanJen Clamping System, once constructed, provides a flexible connection capable of withstanding vibration, movement along its axis, lateral misalignment and angular deflection (up to 12 deg).
