The Vorsteiner VFN 504 are custom-built wheels designed to make a lasting impression on the road. These beautiful high-performance wheels are crafted from T-6061 aerospace-grade aluminum using Vorstiener’s advanced forging method. The result is a dramatically tougher wheel that is lighter than standard aftermarket wheels. Primarily designed for high-end, heavy cars, the VFN 504 has a very high load rating and can withstand everything you can throw at it.

The forging process takes a chuck of billet aluminum and subjects it to high temperature and literal tons of pressure which create a compressed structure which is much stronger than the original piece of billet. The large piece of forged aluminum is machine cut into the desired shape. With a wide range of custom finishes and different sizes to choose from, the possibilities are almost endless!
