VR Tuned, part of Vivid Racing, provides customer support for our active products. You may get ahold of our support team by using our contact form below. VR Tuned support is not available by phone. Our normal operating hours are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm MST.

Vivid Racing was acquired in May 2025 and no longer offers or supports VR Tuned products. For Tuning Box Kits, please contact Racechip.us for support or warranty. For ECU Tuning, any customer that needs to flash back to stock is advised to follow the instructions on our Installation link. For Mail-In ECU flash customers you will need to visit your local dealership and have them program your vehicle to stock. If you do this, we cannot reflash your ECU after. No Exceptions. Sorry!
