The Equip 01 is a 3-piece wheel consisting of the disc centering the outer barrel and inner barrel held together with pierce bolts. The advantage of such construction is the outer barrel, inner barrel, and disc face is constructed with different materials and manufacturing processes, giving it flexibility and excellence in its function and design.

The Brombacher is made up of three parts: center disc, outer rim, and inner rim. The center is assembled in the sandwich between outer and inner rim and assembled through Work chrome-plated stainless steel Inox Torx screws. Finally, the assembly gap between rims and center is sealed with a Work proven high-quality silicone sealant.
Opting for the Sport VIP Style means getting your wheel constructed using the Sandwich type mount. The sandwich construction is the classic assembly method which is used by Work since the first production of 3-piece wheels in 1977.
Work's flow form manufacturing method was initially used on the inner barrel of the Work Emotion CR Kiwami. After the barrel is cast, the mold is stretched out while an immense amount of pressure is applied.
This manufacturing method makes the macrostructure of aluminum more defined. Furthermore, allowing a thinner rim makes it lightweight, positively comparable to forged wheels. The tensile strength and tenacity required for the inner edge are dramatically increased and, at the same time, adding more durability on the outer rim.
Work focuses heavily on the technology used in rim forming. The rim barrel in a WORK wheel sets the alloys apart from the competition. The rim barrel is the part of the wheel that takes most of the load of the vehicle.
