All products manufactured by Heavy Metal Off-Road are warranted against defects in material and workmanship, for a LIFETIME of use for the original purchaser. Paint, powder coating, and other coatings are not covered under this Warranty. Damages due to unlawful vehicle operation, lack of product coating (rust), accidental damages, neglect, abuse, automobile accident, improper use, and overloading are not covered under our limited warranty. Off-road, on-road, or parking lot damage such as dents, dings, cosmetic rust and scratches in our products are not covered under this warranty and are considered normal wear and tear.
This Limited Lifetime Warranty is effective for as long as the original purchaser owns the product. This warranty becomes void when the original purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the product to any other person or entity. Each manufactured product must be assembled and installed following Heavy Metal Off-Road recommended fitment and installation procedures. Any alteration, customization, or modification to the original product design, functionality, or use, either by said customer or by Heavy Metal Off-Road voids all warranty eligibility. Custom fabricated products, products used for racing or competition and products designed to wear down (consumable types) carry no warranty whatsoever and are sold “as is†and “with all faults.â€
Subject to the limitations and exclusions described in this warranty, Heavy Metal Off-Road may remedy defects in materials or workmanship by repairing or replacing, at its option, a defective product without charge for parts or labor. In addition, Heavy Metal Off-Road may elect to issue to an original purchaser a refund equal to the purchase price paid for the product or a credit to be used toward the purchase of a new Heavy Metal Off-Road product.
