• Paint and installation process will include but are not limited to sanding, shaving, cutting and filling.

  • Accept the delivery and have the Shipper note "DAMAGE" on the Proof of Delivery (POD)

    1. Images of all sides of the box as well as the packing materials within the box
    2. Images of the damage to the items
    3. Images of the label on the box
• If your product arrives in good packaging but upon opening the item is damaged?
  • Freight Shipments:
    1. Delivery Drivers will wait for customers to inspect contents of shipment.
    2. Complete the Shipping Damage Claim Form
    3. If damage is found provide us with detailed images of the issues
       1. Images of all sides of the box as well as the packing materials within the box
       2. Images of the damage to the items
       3. Images of the label on the box
