AIRAID AIR-202-196 Performance Air Intake System

The AIRAID AIR-202-196 Performance Air Intake System is designed to optimize your engine's airflow, delivering larger amounts of cooler air for improved horsepower and torque. This innovative intake system retains the original air filter location while enhancing performance with a spacious open-element air inlet. The system is fortified by Cold Air Dam panels that ensure a consistent supply of cooler outside air reaches your engine.

These panels are cleverly mounted in the factory air box position, utilizing existing cold air inlet ducts while introducing additional passages for cold air to flow freely to the filter. To keep your filter isolated from the heat of the engine compartment, the panels seal against the underside of the hood with blade-style weather stripping. Compatibility with the factory air intake tube makes installation a breeze using common hand tools.

For added convenience, the AIRAID premium air filter is washable and reusable, offering superior filtration compared to traditional paper filters. Please note that while some AIRAID air box systems are not legal for sale or use in California and other states adopting California emission standards, others comply with regulations across all 50 states. Be sure to check the vehicle applications to confirm the legal status for your specific vehicle.
