We didn't just whip this up overnight; we spent serious time making sure it hits all the right notes for quality, fit, and performance.
At the heart of this system are two 5.5-inch thick cores. These bad boys are designed for high volume, meaning they can handle the heat and cool your air intake like a champ. Compared to the stock setup, you'll notice lower pressure drops and a significant boost in power. We're talking about a real upgrade here, not just a shiny new part.
One thing that sets our intercooler apart is the end tanks. We used Solidworks 3D CAD software to craft them with smooth contours that facilitate better airflow. Forget the clunky, boxy designs you see on other intercoolers; our design is sleek and functional, which means more horsepower for you.
Now, let's talk about airflow. Some brands cut corners by ditching the factory intercooler inlets. That's a big no-no if you want to maximize performance. We kept those inlets intact, which are positioned right in front of each rear wheel. This ensures that cool air is funneled directly into our carbon fiber shrouds, enhancing cooling efficiency without compromising aesthetics or requiring any messy modifications.
Speaking of airflow, our carbon fiber Y-pipe is a game changer. It's designed to offer 40% more flow than the stock piping, and with a diameter of 2.5 inches, it's a noticeable upgrade from the factory 1.79 inches. Plus, it's got a glossy finish that not only looks good but also promises durability.
We didn't stop there. Our custom silicone couplers are molded for perfect fitment and optimized for airflow. They help you gain over 30 horsepower and improve your boost response, so you can stay ahead of the pack. The best part? - Our test 997.2 Turbo had an aftermarket exhaust and Alpha Tune before testing. The dyno results show a pull with stock intercoolers, then again after installing our Alpha Intercooler System, with no changes to the tune or other components.

LIMITED PRODUCT AND LABOR WARRANTY
This warranty applies to AMS parts and begins on the invoice date of part purchase and ends twelve (12) months or 12,000 miles from that date, whichever occurs first. Due to the variety of modifications and changes made to cars and/or engines that may affect the performance or durability of related components, AMS’s obligation under this warranty extends solely to the repair or replacement parts manufactured by AMS.
This warranty applies to AMS’ labor and begins on the invoice date and ends twelve (12) months from that date. AMS’s obligation under this limited labor warranty extends solely to the labor required for the repair of components or systems deemed by AMS Performance to have been damaged as a result of an AMS employee’s negligence during installation of those components, systems, or existing components and systems.
All warranty returns must be pre-authorized by contacting AMS at (847) 709-0530. Parts deemed under warranty will be repaired or replaced by AMS at no cost to the customer. Payment of the cost of labor related to said repair/replacement is at the sole discretion of AMS and will only be covered by AMS where the AMS part or parts were originally installed or service was performed at the AMS facility located at 1760 Metoyer Court, West Chicago, Illinois, 60185. Labor/service performed at any other facility is at the sole discretion of that facility and is excluded from this warranty.
To file a warranty claim, AMS or the authorized dealer must be notified and the vehicle and/or part must be brought to AMS or the authorized dealer within seventy-two (72) hours of discovery of the defect, where feasible. Any returned merchandise shipped to AMS must be shipped with the AMS issued Return Authorization (RA) number clearly marked on the exterior of the shipping carton or package. Shipping charges to and from AMS are the responsibility of the customer.
