If you're a GT-R owner, you know the struggle. Fueling issues have been a headache for years, leaving us with some pretty clunky, noisy pump setups that just don't cut it. The Omega Brushless Fuel Pump System is here to change the game. After two years of serious research and testing, we've put together what might just be the ultimate fueling solution for your R35 GT-R.
Let's talk about the usual suspects'brushed motor fuel pumps. They generate heat like nobody's business because of the friction from the brushes rubbing against the commutator. This wear and tear is similar to what you'd see with brake pads and rotors. Plus, these pumps run at 100% duty all the time, which means they're constantly heating up the fuel. That's not what you want when you're pushing your car to the limit.
But here's where the Omega Pump shines. We've swapped out the brushed motor for a brushless one, which means way less friction and, consequently, way less heat. The beauty of brushless motors is that they use a controller to manage speed and output, so they can adjust based on what you need. When you don't need full power, it scales back, keeping your fuel temperature down and your engine happy.
One of the biggest issues with the R35 GT-R is how hot the fuel gets in the tank. With the tank sitting above the heat-soaked GR6 transmission and exhaust, it's a recipe for disaster. We've seen fuel boil at just 140??F (60??C), which can cause your pump output to drop and lead to all sorts of trouble'like a lean condition that can wreck your engine.
Now, let's get into the mechanics. The Omega Pump uses a screw style mechanism that's way more efficient, especially when the fuel gets hot. Unlike traditional vane or impeller pumps that can drop output by up to 50% at elevated temperatures, our screw pump maintains pressure like a champ. Sound is another biggie. Most modified fuel systems are obnoxiously loud, which can ruin your driving experience. With the Omega Pump, you can say goodbye to that irritating whine. This single pump can support up to 1200WHP on regular gasoline and 800WHP on E85, making it a powerhouse without the noise.
And installation? Forget about bulky setups that require multiple pumps and tricky external mounts. The Omega Pump fits snugly in your stock fuel tank, doing the work of two conventional pumps without compromising any of the factory functionality. Plus, it comes with a precision CNC'd aluminum housing and all the fittings you need for a clean install.

LIMITED PRODUCT AND LABOR WARRANTY
This warranty applies to AMS parts and begins on the invoice date of part purchase and ends twelve (12) months or 12,000 miles from that date, whichever occurs first. Due to the variety of modifications and changes made to cars and/or engines that may affect the performance or durability of related components, AMS’s obligation under this warranty extends solely to the repair or replacement parts manufactured by AMS.
This warranty applies to AMS’ labor and begins on the invoice date and ends twelve (12) months from that date. AMS’s obligation under this limited labor warranty extends solely to the labor required for the repair of components or systems deemed by AMS Performance to have been damaged as a result of an AMS employee’s negligence during installation of those components, systems, or existing components and systems.
All warranty returns must be pre-authorized by contacting AMS at (847) 709-0530. Parts deemed under warranty will be repaired or replaced by AMS at no cost to the customer. Payment of the cost of labor related to said repair/replacement is at the sole discretion of AMS and will only be covered by AMS where the AMS part or parts were originally installed or service was performed at the AMS facility located at 1760 Metoyer Court, West Chicago, Illinois, 60185. Labor/service performed at any other facility is at the sole discretion of that facility and is excluded from this warranty.
To file a warranty claim, AMS or the authorized dealer must be notified and the vehicle and/or part must be brought to AMS or the authorized dealer within seventy-two (72) hours of discovery of the defect, where feasible.
