Auto Dolly Heavy Duty System 16in x 16in
$164.00

The Auto Dolly has quickly become one of the handiest tools in garages, shops, and showrooms across the country. It was designed to allow one-person to move automobiles, trucks, boats & trailers, lawn mowers, jet skis, motorcycles, airplanes, and most other heavy vehicles with ease. Gain precious floorspace by moving items right up against a wall or into a corner!

The 16in Auto Dolly was designed for vehicles with wider-than-normal and slicks. Some people get them in sets of four, and others get a pair for the back and a 12in pair for the front. Dragsters might even choose a pair of 8in for the front. Like all casters for The Auto Dolly, the Heavy Duty caster contains a mar-resistant polyolefin wheel that also features a crown profile. The crown profile wheel means less rolling resistance in contact with the ground. The wheel profile also helps to pinch small debris out of the path, rather than coming to a screeching halt.

Like the entire line of The Auto Dolly, the 16in with Heavy Duty Casters is made of super-strong 1/4in steel not flimsy stamped steel. With the Heavy Duty Casters, this means that an individual Dolly has a weight capacity of a whopping 2500 lbs (5000 lbs per pair, 10,000 lbs per set of 4).

Features and Benefits:

  • Extra wide for your wide profile tires and slicks.

Starting with the invention of the Window Frame Clamp back in 1960, Merrick Machine Company, under the Triad brand name, has gone on to develop wood wall panel framing, steel stud framing, fastening, sub-component, and stair equipment and machines. Over 50 years down the road, Merrick Machine Company is under the direction of Jim's grandson, Russ Merrick who oversees six different companies: Merrick Machine Co., Triad Fastener, FuTek Tooling (all in Alda, NE), Triad Products Co. (Hastings, NE), and Denver Plastics in Wahoo, NE.
