The Auto Dolly has quickly become one of the handiest tools in garages, shops, and showrooms across the country. It was designed to allow one-person to move automobiles, trucks, boats & trailers, lawn mowers, jet skis, motorcycles, airplanes, and most other heavy vehicles with ease. Gain precious floorspace by moving items right up against a wall or into a corner!

Like all of the casters for The Auto Dolly, the Heavy Duty caster contains a mar-resistant polyolefin wheel that also features a crown profile. The crown profile wheel means less rolling resistance in contact with the ground. The wheel profile also helps to pinch small debris out of the path, rather than coming to a screeching halt.

The 8in wide Auto Dolly was designed especially for the earlier narrow tires and wheel of vintage and collectible cars and trucks. Naturally, a narrower tire will fit on a 12in or a 16in wide Auto Dolly, but the 8in Auto Dolly looks better and costs less to manufacture and ship, resulting in a savings over the bigger models. The 8in Auto Dolly Heavy Duty features the same casters as the other Heavy Duty Auto Dolly sets and retains the same higher weight capacity (2500 lbs per dolly; 5000 lbs. per pair; 10,000 lbs per set of four). The Heavy Duty casters are larger in diameter and feature ball bearing axles, meaning less rolling resistance to getting it started.
