Go big with your 1988-1991 Chevy and GMC 3/4 ton Suburban to raise the bar to new heights with this 8-inch lift kit from BDS Suspension. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up right with clearance for up to 38" tires.

Up front the lift kit includes Glide-Ride leaf springs, 4" steering arm and 3" steering block for steering correction, brake line brackets, sway bar drop brackets and precision tuned NX2 nitrogen charged shocks. In the rear this kit utilizes a set of Glide-Ride leaf springs for the ultimate performance on and off road, new u-bolts and a matching set of NX2 Nitro shocks.

Built to outperform, BDS engineered the Glide-Ride leaf springs into a multi-leaf progressive spring rate design that provides a smooth ride with any load. This is accomplished with an exclusive triple-stage leaf spring design. Upgrading to BDS Glide-Ride leaf springs will provide flexibility throughout the suspension cycle.

    Note:
    • Both driveshafts may need to be lengthened.
    • Aftermarket extended brake lines are required for installation.
    • Exhaust modification may be required to clear the front driveshaft.
    • Emergency brake cable extension kit may be required.
    • #001608 come with OE style rubber bushings installed.
    • The 3/4 ton commonly came with a factory 56 inch eye to eye rear leaf spring. However, some were produced with a 52 inch rear spring. This kit will not work with 52 inch rear springs. If ordering rear leaf springs, be sure to measure your factory rear spring before ordering.
    • If equipped with a factory front sway bar, order the front sway bar shackle link kit listed.
    • Some vehicle came with factory front dual shocks. If you wish to replace the factory duals, you must order the additional two auxiliary shocks.
