- Saginaw Style Replacement for OEM ZF Steering Gearbox
- Larger Piston Diameter delivers Increased Torque Output for Upgraded Tire Sizes and Locking Differentials
- Modified for Adding Steering Assist Cylinder
- Billet Aluminum Top and End Covers
- Turning Ratio: 14:1, 3.25 Turns Lock-To-Lock
- Input Shaft: 3/4 Inch - 30 Spline
- Port Type: Metric O-Ring
- Mounting: Three (3) Bolt, Inside-the-Frame
- Threaded Ports are machined directly into the gearbox housing for -6AN fitting connection to PSC Steering Assist Cylinder
- Unlike welded fittings, this reduces the risk of a fitting breaking off due to an overextended hose assembly
- Replacement fittings can easily be serviced if necessary
Tech:
- PSC PN HK2000 Pressure and Return Hose Assemblies are required for installation
- Some applications may require a 1 Inch body lift to clear pressure and return lines
- Due to the larger overall size of a Saginaw Style Power Steering Gearbox,
- Existing intermediate shaft will need to be shortened approximately two (2) inches or
- Installation of Jeep/MOPAR Intermediate Shaft PN 52078705 is required
