These bad boys are CNC machined right here in-house from aircraft-grade 4130 chromoly. Seriously, we’re not cutting corners. We start with a hefty 4” billet bar and work our way down to the final dimensions you need. Each piece gets heat-treated and stress-relieved by a top-notch aerospace facility, so you know they can take a beating.

What sets these snouts apart is the precision. After the heat treatment, we machine and thread critical dimensions and bearing surfaces to a tight 0.001” tolerance. That means they fit snugly and perform like you’d expect from a high-end product. Just a heads up, these are made to fit 4.00” OD x .250w tubing only, so keep that in mind when you’re planning your build.

Each set comes complete with everything you need: a weld-in snout, a lock washer, and a lock nut. The lock nut has a ring that bolts to its face, which locks into the snout for a secure fit. Plus, we’ve got both right-hand and left-hand threads available—so make sure to grab one of each if you need a full set.
