If you're looking to give your 2004-2008 Ford F-150 a serious boost in both height and handling, the Bilstein 6112 adjustable shocks are a solid choice. These bad boys are designed to lift the front end by up to 2 inches, which not only gives your truck a more aggressive stance but also enhances ride quality on and off the road. The 60mm digressive piston really shines here, providing excellent damping control whether you're cruising down the highway or tackling rough terrain.

Now, once you lift your truck, the stock upper arms can start to hold you back. That's where the Camburg 1.25 Uniball Upper Arms come in. Swapping out the factory ball-joint for a uni-ball bearing means you’re getting increased wheel travel and a part that's built to withstand the toughest conditions. Plus, we’ve tweaked the geometry with more caster and a revised camber curve to keep everything aligned just right. This means better handling and a smoother drive, which is always a win.

For the rear, we’ve paired these front shocks with Bilstein's 5100 Series rear shocks. They provide more wheel travel, making your daily drive feel cushier while still being tough enough for off-road adventures.

Note:

  • If you're running factory 20" wheels, be aware they might not clear the upper arm, so you might need a wheel spacer. We strongly suggest opting for aftermarket wheels with the right offset to get the best performance and fit from this setup.
