If you're serious about off-roading and pushing your Ford Ranger to its limits, these fabricated race spindles are a game changer. Say goodbye to those flimsy stock ball joints and cast parts that just can't take the heat. After over 15 years of testing different designs, we've nailed it with this setup—it's proven itself on the track with multiple race wins and championships on various trucks.
We use 4130 chromoly steel to fabricate these spindles, which means they’re tough as nails. They come with FK 1" uniballs instead of the stock upper and lower ball joints, giving you a solid connection that won't let you down when you're out there pushing hard. Plus, we've added 1.5" of lift to give you some extra ground clearance right at the wheel and hub area, which is crucial when you're tackling rough terrain.
Installation is a breeze thanks to our CNC-machined, heat-treated stainless uniball spacers that fit perfectly into the lower taper and upper alignment cams. For those who really want to take it to the next level, we suggest double shearing the mounts, but that does require some fabrication and machining work. Also, keep in mind that we've switched the outer tie rod to accommodate a FK 7/8 x 7/8" heim joint (JMX-14T-770), so you'll need to tweak your existing steering setup a bit.
These spindles are designed around our Camburg 2.0 race hubs, which feature a larger 5 on 5.5" bolt pattern—definitely not stock for the Ranger. We pair them with Wilwood 4-piston calipers and 12" rotors, giving you the stopping power you need when you're flying over rough trails. Just a heads up, you'll need wheels machined with a 4.25" center-bore setup for the 5/8" wheel studs.
