Camburg Limit Straps (CAM-030048)

For those who take their off-road adventures seriously, the Camburg Limit Straps are a must-have upgrade for your vehicle. Designed and manufactured in the USA, these straps are quad wrapped with four layers of military-grade materials, ensuring exceptional strength and durability. The mounting tabs are crafted from heat-treated 4130 chromoly and finished with a black plating to resist corrosion, making them ideal for rugged environments.

Fitment

These limit straps are essential for preventing over-extension of your suspension components, including shocks, steering systems, driveshafts, and CV joints. For off-road applications, we recommend using a minimum of two straps per wheel to ensure maximum stability and control.

Installation Insights

When installing limit straps, it’s crucial to account for tension and potential stretching over time. Typically, you can expect about 1/2" of stretch for every 12" of strap length. In extreme conditions, this could increase to 1" of stretch per 12". Running multiple straps will significantly reduce the stretching effect, which is particularly beneficial for off-road setups. Consider using adjustable limit strap mounts to accommodate any stretching that may occur over time.
