Camburg Quad Limit Strap
$35.99

If you're serious about off-roading, you know that keeping your suspension in check is crucial. That’s where the Camburg Quad Limit Strap comes into play. These straps are proudly made in the USA, and let me tell you, they’re built to last. We're talking about four layers of military-grade materials wrapped together, so you know they can handle whatever you throw at them.

The mounting tabs are crafted from heat-treated 4130 chromoly, and they've got a sleek black plating to fend off corrosion. Unlike those cheaper alternatives that come from overseas and stretch like a rubber band, these straps are designed to hold their shape and strength. Trust me, you don’t want to find out the hard way that your gear can’t take the heat when you’re out on the trails.

Now, if you’re hitting the rough stuff, I’d recommend running at least two straps per wheel. It’s all about limiting the suspension travel so you’re not overextending your shocks, driveshafts, CV joints, and all those other critical components. But don’t think these straps are one-trick ponies; they’re versatile enough for other uses too. You can set them up for driveshaft loops or even in vertical spare tire cradles to keep that flat from dropping out when you least expect it.

Quick heads-up:

  • These straps are sold individually, not in pairs, so plan accordingly.
  • When you’re figuring out the length you need, keep in mind that tension and stretching are factors. Generally, you can expect about 1/2 inch of stretch for every 12 inches of strap length. In extreme cases, that can go up to 1 inch. Running multiple straps helps reduce this stretch significantly, which is why I recommend it for off-roading. Plus, if you go with an adjustable limit strap mount, you can tweak things as needed over time.

So, if you want a reliable, heavy-duty strap that won’t let you down when the going gets tough, check out the Camburg Quad Limit Strap (CAM-030109). It’s one of those upgrades you’ll be glad you made when you’re tackling tough trails.
