Design and Construction
This kit features bolt-on front and rear spring hangers that utilize existing factory frame holes, eliminating the need for welding and reducing installation complexity. The hangers are constructed from high-strength materials, offering superior durability compared to traditional weld-on options. Additionally, the rear mounts include tabbing for added support, accommodating cross-members or fuel cell cradles.
Leaf Spring Options
Developed in collaboration with Deaver Spring, the CAM-320008-HD offers two distinct leaf spring configurations: a "prerunner" and a "race" setup. This allows for tailored performance based on the specific load requirements of your build, ensuring that the suspension system meets your demands on both the trails and the track.
Performance and Capability
This kit is not just about looks; it's built for performance. With the ability to achieve up to 19 inches of wheel travel, it is suitable for serious racing applications, including BITD 7100 class competitions and extreme off-road environments. This suspension system is designed to work in conjunction with a bed cage and 2.5-3.0 x 16-18" travel shocks, along with FOX or King bump stops, providing the necessary support for high-performance off-roading.
