First off, these arms come with a 1" FK uniball. What does that mean for you? More wheel travel and way less flex compared to those rubber or polyurethane bushings. You’ll notice the difference when you hit the trails—the suspension cycles smoother and there’s no binding. Plus, we’ve tweaked the suspension geometry to crank up the positive caster, giving you better handling and stability whether you’re on the highway or off the beaten path.
These aren’t just your average radius arms. We’ve made them way tougher than the stock ones. The shock mounts are double-sheared for extra strength, and we’ve added a limit strap tab for those who really want to push their van to the limit. The construction? Thick-walled DOM tubing, laser-cut plates on the top and bottom where they connect to the i-beams, and boxing in the front and uniball areas for that added durability. They’re finished off with a semi-gloss black powder coat that not only looks good but also helps resist the elements.
Installing these is straightforward. Just remove your stock radius arms and brackets, and these bad boys bolt right up. If you’re a DIY enthusiast or you’re piecing together a custom suspension setup, these will fit right in. Just a heads up, though—if you’re looking for a full kit, you might want to check out our Baja or Trail kits since these arms require a few more components to get everything dialed in.
