CAPRISTO® guarantees its exhausts for a total period of 3 years from the date of purchase (i.e. the invoice date), as long as your CAPRISTO® Exhaust was purchased directly via CAPRISTO® or one of its authorized re-sellers. All electronic components carry a 1-year warranty. Product warranties are non-transferable. The warranty is limited to the exchange or repair of the defective part, and not the entire exhaust, unless needed. A situation in which the entire exhaust is defective is extremely unlikely. Transportation costs and labor as well as other claims for compensation for damages are not part of our guarantee.

All our sports exhaust systems are designed on the basis of serial cars. Power enhancements, turbocharger modifications or other changes in design, which entail an increase in emission temperatures, may alter your CAPRISTO® Exhaust, hence voiding its warranty. Any modifications on our products without consulting us before, result in an immediate expiration of our warranty.

Subject to a claim being made during the applicable Warranty Period and meeting the other conditions of this agreement, Customer's sole and exclusive remedy for breach of warranty is that Seller will repair or replace the defective Seller's Products or, in the case of other Warrantied Items, re-perform the defective service. Customer shall be responsible for all other costs and expenses, including, without limitation, removing, shipping goods, and reinstalling any products. Customer hereby acknowledges on a continuing basis that any exclusive and/or limited remedies available in this Agreement are reasonable and sufficient and that they will not fail of their essential purpose even if Customer may not take advantage of them in some circumstances by their terms.
