Parts purchased used or purchased through unauthorized distribution channels will no longer carry a warranty whatsoever. Buyer shall notify GTHAUS immediately upon discovery of any product defect.
Defective items must be returned for replacement in accordance with our return policy and at buyer’s expense. The 5-year warranty period commences on the date that the exhaust is shipped from our warehouse facility. All shipping charges associated with this warranty are the responsibility of the customer.
All Meisterschaft titanium exhausts purchased from GTHAUS are covered by a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty (unless otherwise stated below). The 1-year warranty period commences on the date that the exhaust is shipped from our warehouse facility. All shipping charges associated with this warranty are the responsibility of the customer.
Note:
The manufacturer’s warranty will not cover damages caused by racing, off-road use, improper installation, alterations, owner neglect, impact damages or any other damages caused by use of a product for any reason other than intended by the manufacturer. This warranty applies only to exhausts that have been installed by a professionally trained technician.
