Introducing the Cobb Tuning A22600 MAP Sensor Adapter, a meticulously engineered component crafted for the discerning Subaru enthusiast. This billet aluminum adapter, finished in an elegant black anodization, embodies the precision and sophistication expected by owners of high-performance vehicles. The laser-etched "C" logo serves as a testament to Cobb Tuning's commitment to excellence, ensuring that each piece not only performs flawlessly but also enhances the aesthetic of your engine bay.
At the heart of the A22600's design is its robust billet aluminum construction, which offers superior strength and durability compared to standard plastic components. This choice of material significantly reduces the risk of failure under high-stress conditions, making it an essential upgrade for those pushing the limits of their Subaru’s performance. The adapter features 1/8" NPT threads, allowing for a seamless, leak-free installation of aftermarket pressure sensors, ensuring precise boost measurements essential for optimal engine tuning.
Many Subaru models come equipped with either a 2.5 or 3 bar MAP sensor, enabling accurate readings up to 21.5psi or 28.8psi, respectively. However, for those targeting higher boost levels, an upgraded sensor is imperative for maintaining precise measurement and effective boost control. The Cobb Tuning A22600 adapter is engineered to facilitate the installation of these aftermarket sensors, ensuring a flawless fit and reliable performance.
Owners have praised the A22600 for its impeccable fitment and high-quality construction. One Subaru Legacy GT owner remarked, “The Cobb MAP Sensor Adapter fits perfectly in the factory location, and the anodized finish complements my engine bay beautifully. The precision of the installation has made a noticeable difference in my boost readings.”
Experience the engineering mastery of Cobb Tuning with the A22600 MAP Sensor Adapter, a quintessential component for those who demand uncompromising performance and style in their Subaru builds.
