If you're an off-road truck enthusiast, you know the importance of a solid and reliable suspension setup. The 370-91041 is designed to improve the OEM rear radius rod mounting configuration and take up the excess slop present between the frame hole size and fastener size. This means more precision and control when you're hitting the trails.
The stock configuration requires you to remove the radius rod plate entirely by removing all 6 nuts in order to remove even just one radius rod. This can be a frustrating process, especially when you're in the middle of a project or a ride. Thankfully, the Cognito solution addresses this issue by swapping the factory studs with bolts by installing a permanently mounted nut plate and brace plate.
This innovative design allows you to remove radius rods one at a time while leaving the radius rod plate in place, making maintenance a breeze. Additionally, the frame fastener holes are oversized for the 12mm fasteners, making it nearly impossible to get the fasteners centered in the holes, which can affect your camber. The Cognito solution uses a self-centering brace plate to take up the slop in the frame holes for an accurate mounting solution, repeatedly.
