CSF Radiators OEM Plastic Radiator for Subaru BRZ 2.0L, Scion FR-S, Toyota 86 2013-2020
$85.00

If you’re looking to keep your engine cool under pressure, you can’t go wrong with a CSF radiator. These guys have been in the game for over 50 years, and they know a thing or two about making radiators that actually work. With over 3,200 applications in their lineup, they’ve got something for just about every make and model—from Acura to Volkswagen. So, whether you have a Copper-Brass setup or an All Aluminum piece, CSF has got your back with parts that match OE quality.

What sets CSF apart? For starters, they focus on building radiators that are tough and efficient. Each one is designed to meet high-performance standards, and they’ve sold over 30 million units worldwide. That’s not just talk; these radiators are engineered and wind tunnel tested to ensure they deliver solid cooling performance. Plus, they’re 100% leak tested before they even leave the factory, so you know you’re getting something reliable.

Let’s get into the nitty-gritty. The CSF radiator features a Plastic Tank-Aluminum Core Construction, which means it’s lightweight but still super durable. The tanks are made from virgin-grade engineered plastic resins, and they’re glass-filled for extra strength. The gaskets? They’re made from special-grade EPDM rubber, built to handle extreme temps—down to -120°F. The fins have a high-performance multi-louvered design that maximizes cooling efficiency. And when it comes to packaging, these radiators undergo a "10 Foot Drop Test" standard, so they arrive at your door in perfect condition.

Here’s a quick rundown of the specs:

  • Radiator Type: Crossflow
  • Rows: 1
  • Core Length: 25 9/16"
  • Core Width: 14"
  • Core Thickness: 5/8"
  • Core Material: Aluminum
  • Tank Material: Plastic
  • Inlet Location: Lower Passenger Side
  • Outlet Location: Lower Driver Side
  • Inlet Diameter: 1 9/16"
  • Outlet Diameter: 1 9/16"

Now, if you’re rolling a Scion FR-S from 2013 to 2016, a Subaru BRZ from 2013 to 2020, or a Toyota 86 from 2017 to 2020, this radiator is a perfect fit for you. Just a heads-up: when swapping out your radiator, make sure to check that old pressure cap for any signs of wear. You’ll want to use a Micro 16 psi cap with this setup for best results.

So, if you want a radiator that’s built to last and capable of keeping your engine cool, give the CSF a shot. It’s a solid choice for anyone who takes their ride seriously.

If the radiator is installed and is returned deformed (bulging tanks, warped core etc.), this is an indication that the radiator is the victim of some other problem and not the cause. The deformation is a result of the radiator being subjected to extremely high pressure and or temperature caused by any of the following reasons:Defective Pressure Cap, Defective Head Gasket, Defective Temperature gauge (incorrect readings), Defective Water Pump etc. Such units are not covered under the warranty.

If a radiator seems to have a “fit problem” there is the possibility that there is some confusion about a multi-fit radiator that might look different. Your nearest CSF WD can clarify the application, just give them a call. A perceived fit problem is not covered under warranty.
